What's been happening?
3rd January: Website has been up and running over Christmas, eco-friendly business cards have arrived and flyers are on their way.
Private groups sessions proving popular as a brilliant way to avoid busy exercise classes and being able to work out with the same friends each week.

A few wet and windy private sessions in The Carrs and Alderley Edge park during the winter. Looking forward to the Spring!
Lockdown didn't stop us training, all workouts moved online and I worked from the living room with the help of Treacle the black labrador!
Getting out walking every day during this lockdown, great way to stay well mentally and physically. Finding new trails each day!
Back to outdoor fitness sessions and small group lacrosse sessions. Things looking up and we love training outdoors that's for sure!
Cycle ride along the Middlewood way. Mixing up the cardio training, enjoyable way to exercise and calm the mind.
