1-1 sessions allow you to focus on your own training, improve your technique and increase your confidence in your own ability. 

When working 1-1 we can be flexible with location and length of session as well as adapting exercises to push you towards your goals.

Prices from £30 per hour 

1-1 Lacrosse Coaching 

I am a L2 qualified Field lacrosse coach and offer private/2-1 sessions. An ideal opportunity to tackle bad habits and improve specific skills. 

Price - £25 per hour

Private Group sessions 

Training with a group of friends is a great way to push everyone to work harder and have more fun at the same time. 

Get a group of friends together and book private group sessions in blocks of 6 weeks at a time. 

Prices for block of 6 per person.

 x2 people per session= £90 per person

 x3 people per session = £70 per person 

 x4 people per session = £50 per person

Pay as you go:

x2 people per session = £18

x3 people per session = £15

x4 people per session = £10


Team Fitness sessions

Fitness training as a team is a great way to improve your team's results on game day and alleviate some of the boredom of running laps. 

Team fitness is also great for team bonding and always produces positive results. 

Get in touch to book your team onto a 6 week program and increase that winning streak. 

Prices start from just £8 per person. 

Outdoor Classes 

A mixture of HIIT and Circuit training in two different locations: 

Alderley Edge Tuesday 10:30-11:30am

Sale Saturday 10-11am 

£6 pay as you go 

Online workouts:

Online workouts are great for those who want to complete their workouts by themselves or are simply too far away to commute and commit to 1-1 sessions. ​

How it works:

  • Get in touch and give details about what it is you want to gain from the workouts eg, strength, run a marathon etc. 

  • Let me know what equipment (you don't need to have any) and I will customise a program for you. 

  • Once payment has been made, a workout will be emailed to you. 

  • Get working out! 


For a one off or top up session (if you're away for a while etc) £20 per workout. 

For a 6 week block £100 

For a 12 week block £195

For 6 sessions over 12 weeks £100
